Dylan’s Salt Journey

Dylan Sinclair joined Salt in 2021 as a casual Administrative Assistant while beginning university, working a few days each week to support the administration team. He filled capacity gaps across the business, completing a range of tasks for the accounting, financial planning, and operations teams.

As Salt grew, Dylan took on greater responsibility and moved into a permanent role. Through ongoing development, training and a willingness to embrace new challenges, he transitioned into the Financial Planning team and continued to build his skills.

Today, Dylan is the Operations Lead for our Financial Planning division, helping drive team efficiency, support advisers and deliver a great client experience. His journey reflects our commitment to recognising potential, investing in our people and creating genuine opportunities for career progression.
